New hair color? Summer?

So during the summer i was planing on getting aqua(blue) in my hair.


but idk if i should get tips or highlights.


My hair is dirty blonde.


what would look better the tips or the highlights or will it look bad.

i agree if you get aqua underneath it prob would look good but if not i think highlights would look good. maybe darker blue. up to you. :)New hair color? Summer?
i think highlights would be really cool, but highlights are hard to touch up. when the color fades you'll have to find all the bleached strands of hair and recolor them blue. You have to bleach to get the blue to be as true to color as possible, and to make the color last long. but if you don't recolor, make sure sure you bleach your hair a livable blonde color so you can have lighter blonde highlights when the color fades and not like yellow ones. good luck!

hey girly! i think it would be pretty if you do a little bit of streaks in your hair but you should make them really really thin... this will look really pretty! especially in the sun :)
highlights! tips look silly when you get spilt ends [no offense], and they get cut off when you need a trim too
I think you should lighten your blonde on the top and get aqua underneath.
