Hmmm...which new hair color would look best? [pic included]?

My cousin and I are debating on her new hair color.


She currently sports Revlon's Light Ash Brown, and wants a new change. But she isn't sure whether to go darker or lighter.





I said she should go for a deep dark brown (to bring out her eyes) but she's hesitant for such a dramatic change.





What hair color (or even style!) should she try?

i guess a dark color would go great with her eyes?
Very pretty picture. She can go darker since her skin tone is dark or maybe just add some highlights(thin ones). Leave the length of her hair and maybe cut some side sweep bangs which will add a bid of style.
go for a darker brown, but get some subtle hilights.
