Should I use a certain shampoo for my new hair color?

I just for the first time, had my hair colored and highlighted.. Should I use a certain shampoo?Should I use a certain shampoo for my new hair color?
The best thing to use is obviously a shampoo made for color-treated hair. L'Oreal has just come out with a new shampoo and conditioner called:'Ever Pure' and it is an anti-fade/no sulfate formula and 100% vegan. It will keep the new color and keep the highlighting true. It runs around $6 for each, but really is worth it.Should I use a certain shampoo for my new hair color?
if your stylist didn't say, then i think you are able to use any shampoo but just to be on the safe side, there are some shampoo that you can buy that says that it is safe to use on freshly colored hair so I would recommend you to use those kind of shampoo just in case. You are able to buy it anywhere. at a grocery store, you can also find it at the shampoo section.
u dnt necessarily have to have a special shampoo or conditioner, but it would prob. help ur hair out alot if u did. :)


if u do want a new shampoo, when u get to the store check the bottles n it'll say ';for color treated hair'; or somethin similar

help with your highlights since your hair is more dry now.
anything that says its for color treated hair,so it doesnt fade.
